As for each bird the Lord provides, supplying all its needs; so also man, in common grace, He shelters, clothes, and feeds.

He gives to man a conscience and restrains his evil heart; to some His Word, His holy guide, He graciously imparts.

But also, irresistibly, God works in saving grace; converting those who are His own from out the human race.
